Agent Skills are a specialised set of instructions that an AI Agent can reference when it needs to do specialised work. On https://netflix.github.io/dgs/ the best practices, code examples, etc., are well-documented, thus this is perfect material for a DGS Agent Skill.

Create and maintain the skill and make it available on skills.sh

I've just manually created an Agent Skill based on the documentation on that website, but that doesn't stay up-to-date whenever you make a change to the documentation. Therefore, I'd rather have you as the owner maintain the skill.

Hello! This is something we are interested in working on but may take a while to get done (hence the backlog tag). There are still questions we need to think through, like what parts of the docs would be included (or other things), how to version the skill based on different versions of the framework, and how we best want to sync the skill with the docs and source code.
