Front page pass

Reason

  • The cards only showed their border and chevron on hover, and phones have no hover, so on mobile they read as plain headings.
  • The feature bullets couldn't be checked and linked nowhere. Rewrote each one as a short label linking to the page that shows it, the way Morpho does. Copy edits follow Google's guidance on plain language
  • Also fixed the star link, GitHub removed /stargazers (on every repo, screenshot below), pointed X at the live handle, and reordered the cards to how they're used from ICP perspective hardware, run, snapshot, configure, interact.
