Quantities 0.14.0 breaks some AnalogSignalArray tests

`test_splice_1channel_inplace` `test_splice_1channel_invalid_units`, `test_splice_1channel_with_copy` and  `test_splice_2channels_inplace` tests break with the latest version of quantities.
