There are a number of TODO annotations scattered across the NeuroML2 schemata and base definitions. Some of them are (xml) comments, others are under <xs:documentation>, others under description attributes. We probably need a more structured way of tagging this type of meta-information (as well as known problems/limitations such as things being hard coded to Ca++), so that we can better organise development and be in general be more transparent.
