The design is neat and nice, I would say my only criticism is that there is no notions of brain/signals/bci but that is also the case with the current logo.

Yes, there is no representation of EEG or brain. This is a good idea to have cable electrodes on the logo, I just hope they are not too small

I agree, the logo is really smooth and nice. Moreover, a representation to indicate a notion about brain like the electrodes is a nice idea !

Do you have a SVG @PierreGtch ? If so, maybe one of the KDE could be shaped with wiggle that hints at brain/sulcus (could not get Gemini to understand this 😅)
I like the electrode on the KDE as it makes it look like a eeg cap 😁

I like the idea of ​​adding electrodes!
To continue with this idea, we could try to visualize the complete MOABB flow:
electrodes feeding a database, which then provides statistics (histograms or Gaussian distributions).

I think it is a very nice idea, and the logos look very pretty!! I don't know if the change on the palette was intentional, but I personally liked the old one also (and how it matched the plots in the examples) XD

I tried to make two versions using the old palette with Gemini/Chat GPT but.. I am not sure, I might in the end prefer the blue scale, but I leave the attempt if anybody wants to have a look :)

I was also wondering about the colours. I think the letters are too light in my original version, and we should have more contrast, like in @brunaafl's suggestion.

What about multiple colours?

Regarding the electrodes, they might look a bit strange when the logo is small. WDYT? Or we could have them larger?

In general, I like when a logo is simple

Thank you so much for all the suggestions!

• Indeed including a brain and/or some electrodes is relevant
• having the MOABB text under the gaussians will make it more readable. In particular, when displayed in a small size
• in general, simpler is better if we want the logo to look nice in small scales
• the blue only scale was too monochrome. MOABB is part of NeuroTechX so I tried to use their colours
• blurriness may not be the best idea for a logo according to gemini

I tried to incorporate all this, and below are the two final options.
