Failing to validate nwb file with Electrodes Table

Describe the issue

When trying to validate an NWB file that contains an electrode table using NWB guide the following error comes up

I was able to get past this error by updating neuroconv to 0.8.2 and pynwb to 3.1.2 in the virtual env but I am unsure if this causes other errors elsewhere.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an NWB file that has an Electrodes Table with an electrical series.
2. Using the release version 1.0.8 of NWB guide, attempt to validate the file.
3. Error saying "No specification for 'ElectrodesTable' in namespace 'core'" should appear
