Neurosift in Conversion Preview not loading when project name has space

Describe the issue

Error in dev tools is "Root group not found" from Neurosift: https://github.com/flatironinstitute/neurosift/blame/5b28d60d03de6d5c8e1d815b7748bf2c7acadf6d/src/pages/NwbPage/useNeurodataObjects.ts#L97

Neurosift rendering works when viewing the same data file from the Explore tab of NWB GUIDE. Strange.

This happens when there is a space in the project name, which results in a + sign in the URL.

I thought this was resolved in #970 (issue #966) but I guess not.
