Show common (and custom) badges on code stat pages

We should be able to show for all repos the issues and pull and request badges. In addition, most repos can have docs badges, pypi, conda, and/or codecov badges. The badges could either be configured manually in the GitRepo listing or we could autogenerate badges for repo. For GitHub badges autogeneration should be fine, but for others it may be easier to just manually specify the badges.
