What happened?

nwbinspector finds Critical issues when inspecting a file that stores SpikeEventSeries data in the way that is suggested by the pynwb tutorial: (events, channels, waveform-samples).

The problem is: there are channels where the number of events is smaller than the number of waveform samples (see image below), and nwbinspector complains that Data may be in the wrong orientation.
