[request] Add options for showing unlisted posts/boosts on profiles #77

Pitch
The request was for allowing one to remove unlisted posts from profiles, but if we're making something for that we might as well also add a control for showing boosts or not.
I think this would be for the main "posts" feed, but we could also just make a generic set of controls for all three profile feeds, allowing you to toggle enabled/disabled, unlisted, boosts, etc. for each. I'll take a look at the implementation on that.
This would also go in the profile settings, probably in /settings/profile since that's where the other settings for how your profile looks are.
