Link to VintageApple.org's PDF archives of develop issues

A recent post on Mastodon alerted me to the fact that https://vintageapple.org/develop/ has PDF archives of all the Apple 'develop' magazine issues.

We're currently linking to the somewhat-broken (always missing images, often missing example code) MacTech Magazine archives. At the very least, we should link to the PDF copies on VintageApple.org.

I'd also suggest checking Archive.org for PDF archives, plus uploading the PDFs to UNNA.org.
