[BUG] Installation fails when installing for current user

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Installer
2. Select Install for current user (option may have different text)
3. Proceed with installation
4. See error
   'Setup was unable to create the directory "{Your installation path}".'
   'Error 5: Access denied.'

Expected behavior
Installation suceeds

Additional context
This issue was brought to my attention by a user, but as of now I failed to reproduce it.
