Tritium Core Version 4.0!

This release contains the Tritium Core, version 4.0. This is a full seven layer software stack following the specifications and design from the Tritium White Paper. We would outline all the features, but there is too much to write, so if you would like more information, read the White Paper.

Tritium Core 3.0.6 [RC3]

If you're currently using 3.0.6 [RC2], you MUST updated to this version. All other version of 3.0.6, it isn't mandatory, but HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you update to RC3

This update contains stability fixes for LLD to allow nodes to handle reorgs with dependent indexed transactions.

• Fix LLD Index that need to erase index from erase queue if reindexed in same ACID transaction
• Speed up unified time connection attempts and only sleep on successful sample found.
• Starting checkpoint go back 100 for startup recovery
• Improve synchronization time by caching hashing functions
• Port commit for getblocks to update index when iterating over disconnected blocks in batch read
• Use background flush threads for writing packet data in LLP
• Tighten up data thread locks to prevent any race conditions between reading and writing threads

• Fix spending flags for unconfirmed change outputs and their according balance
• Improve sequential reads code and performance

• Cleanup exit sequences and joining of threads
• Improve memory usage by removing unnecessary copying inside wallet

This release contains some hotfixes to improve the stability of the Tritium Daemon, and fix small edge cases for optimal operation.

• rpcallowip is converted to -llpallowip for easy integration from legacy core
• -walletcheck flag added to check transactions for consistency
• -walletclean flag reduced verbose output and display actual transactions
• Automatic detection of need to rescan if either of the above result in loss of wallet transactions
• Ignore orphan blocks that are before the previous checkpoint and therefore will be rejected
• Fix initialization ordering issue that was causing some slower computers to crash on startup
• Ignore transaction rebroadcasting logic when synchronizing with the ledger
• Improve checkpoints efficiency be removing the need for an extra database read on checking IsDescendant()
• Add settxfee RPC command for setting custom fees
• Return paytxfee in getinfo RPC command
