One additional follow-up. I did a test SSO user login and when I try to delete the user I get the confirmation that the user was deleted, but the user remains in the userlist so there may be a potental bug here.
The user deletion bug still exists. I did a localuser test and attempting to delete a local user disables the user, but does not delete the account.

I created a test user and then tried to delete the user. The account was disabled, but the account cannot be remove. This is the same issue with an SSO LDAP created user.
