I made a tool called Network List Sync that allows updating NPM access lists based on hostnames, IPs, CIDR ranges, and even via hosted lists like https://cloudflare.com/ips-v4. Check it out, it is still under development but is ready to use as is, also supports UniFi network lists with more planned.
