Int[] arrays scale to 61, not 100. Float[] arrays scale correctly. See my comment on the scatter graph page.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Code a chart with int[] arrays 
2. Display the values
3. 30 displays as .49, i.e. 50% of 60

I'm using Visual Studio 2005 on Vista, but the problem seems to be general.
