[Bug] Saving source and descriptions when set not to

Describe the bug
When downloading a playlist in MP3 format, the descriptions and source URLs are saved in the resulting file despite options being set to not include or to remove both.

Describe the expected result
Resulting files should not contain this information when the settings have been configured not to save it.
