Tooling similar to Nuxt Dev Tools #3

It would be nice to have the same experience as in Nuxt Dev Tools as per this video: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/BjYZCB02fh4
So that would be for both Blazor Server and Blazor Web Assembly projects:
- Component graph // I suggest using https://github.com/Blazor-Diagrams/Blazor.Diagrams for diagramming the graph nodes
- Component states
- Hovering over UI elements and jumping to code in the IDE
This would really speed up development of Blazor apps.
I am not sure if the tool already implement hovering over UI elements?
It would be really interesting to see a demo of the project so far :)
