Ideas:

• Yet another separate document to read is not really helpful.
• Put overarching information in the Nictiz R4 Implementation Guide.
  • Possibly with expandable boxes for details to avoid cluttering the IG.
• Extract root comments using an XSLT and publish them in an overview on the wiki.
• Markdown file per profile? Only if this eventually is also published on Wiki, as this is our main publication mechanism at the moment.
• Other publication like the IG Publisher or Simplifier are possibly more suitable, but it's not helpful to adopt "another place" to publish stuff.

Note: it would be nice if (optional) explicit guidance can be given towards builders of standards that use the zibs, in some circumstances.
