Should Coding.display be made 1..1?

According to the profiling guidelines, a .display is required for coded elements. Should (CodeableConcept.)coding.display be made 1..1?

The counterargument would be that the Nictiz FHIR IG is the base for Nictiz known use cases, while the zib/nl-core profiles could be used more broadly.

At zib level I would not do that, however tempting this is. Keeping coding.display optional - or better: unconstrained compared to FHIR Core - gives better assurance that the profiles would work in a broader spectrum where .display may or may not be the default that is implemented.
