Add error message when there are no species in limbo for SA. #28
Description
If there are no species in limbo when running a sensitivity analysis, the program stops the reduction without giving the user any information on why nothing else was removed. It may be a good idea to print a message if there are no species in limbo for the given epsilon star value.
