sudden glitchy position

Hello,
As you can see in down link I have list of Posts when I scroll down and lord more its working fine but when I go to previous like scrolling up then its like jerking some glitchy type in some places,
please must reply

not working in chrome Version : 108.0.5359.99
but its working fine in chrome Version : 106
