Reconsider the CI tool based on the cloud provider choice

As much as I like VSTS, something like Travis has better Github integration and it seems to have better AWS support as well (surprise surprise). If AWS is the way forward, it's worth considering other CI tools are out there and if there's something more appropriate for this project.

Speaking of things that have better GitHub integration, GitHub Actions now exist. Do you have any thoughts about using them instead?

If that interests you and you don't have access to the beta, I do and I'd be happy to take a stab at configuring it, though you would have to add me as a contributor... 😅
