Manual masking tool

Write an image function based on matplotlib so users can easily draw an area of interest (ROI). I see several beamlines have this kind of requirements, such as defining the area of beamstop. Maybe @sameera2004 can add more comments.

Please do not solve this problem from scratch... this problem has been solved many many times. Something like this will probably be of great help
