[BUG] Find revocations doesn't return meaningful error

In nildb if you misconfigure the nilauth endpoint and make a request using a NUC, you'll see an Auth error: log line that gives no information. This is failing when trying to find revocations, and it's unclear if the issue is that no meaningful error is being returned or something else.

This issue could be either here or in nildb, just dropping it here initially but feel free to move over.

This seems to be the case for token validation as well, not just the revocation lookup.

I have looked into this, nilauth is throwing a NilauthUnreachable exception with the stack trace, we could improve this to return a friendly message, but the problem seems like it could be on nildb side. Anyway, I'll revisit this when nildb fully supports nucs.
