Remove duplicate deploy-docs workflow, add CNAME for GitHub Pages
Delete deploy-docs.yaml (duplicate of deploy-docs.yml) that caused double deployments. Add CNAME file to preserve docs.mpak.dev custom domain across GitHub Pages deploys.
