Is there some "release" page where I can see which version you are currently releasing, when it was released, and the schedule of all the nextcloud updates you have been rolling out? :)

starting from the last release you can see every release here: https://github.com/Nitrokey/nextbox/releases ... before this point this will be challenging, you might get lucky and can extract it from the launchpad package-archives here. There is also pretty sure a commit message mentioning a Nextcloud version jump in this now single NextBox repository you could search for.
