[Funding] booth @ FOSDEM

Purpose

There will be a NixOS booth at FOSDEM.

• Produce 2 roll ups for project identification: 200€
• Buy a table cloth in matching color: 35€

I'm also trying to organize a large batch of stickers for FOSDEM, but as that will need a larger budget and organization isn't yet ensured, I'll open it as a separate issue.
