Some software have by nature a lot of CVEs and should always be kept up to date. This is typically the case for browsers.
It generates a lot of triage work and extra notifications for maintainers that are not really necessary.
It would be great if for these software we could direct accept the issues keeping only some pre-determined attributes with all maintainers ignored and without publishing the issue on GitHub.
The goal is to lower the necessary triage work and avoiding the extra workload and notifications for the package maintainers.
