Hm, that's very weird. Are you behind some proxy, or do you have any browser extensions that may be mangling the login URL behind the Continue button?

And what happens when you try it on https://tracker-staging.security.nixos.org?

Reproduced with no proxy + no extensions on an empty Github account.

Same occurs for staging.

I'm seeing the same error (in both Safari and Firefox, even tried on mobile Safari and it didn't work there either). 404 each time. Same occurs in staging for me, too.

This took quite a while to figure out. It's not working for the people in this issue because they're not part of the NixOS organization in GitHub and the GitHub app hasn't been made public. I'll open an issue on github.com/nixos/org so that someone with the correct permissions can fix it.
