Core Ultra 1 mobile series (Meteor lake) support

In common/cpu/intel, I can't find config files for Intel core ultra (Meteor Lake).
I am not much experienced with the nix ecosystem. I think that adding config from the framework config should do the trick.

Should I go ahead and add common files for Intel Core Ultra Series 1?

We can add a common module for the framework, but we no longer expose new common modules in nixos-hardware. Instead I would suggest to upstream modules like that to nixpkgs: #992
