Organic Maps Binary Data License

The Organic Maps project provides compiled binary data files (Data Files), including but not limited to `.mwm` map files,
`packed_polygons.bin` and other `.bin` files, under a separate license from the source code.

Organic Maps Data Files contain the processed data from the following sources:

- OpenStreetMap data, licensed under the Open Data Commons Open Database License (ODbL) by the OpenStreetMap Foundation (OSMF)
  https://www.openstreetmap.org/copyright

- Wikipedia text data, licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA)
  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Copyrights

- Sonny's LiDAR digital terrain models of Europe under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 License by Sonny
  https://sonny.4lima.de

- Shuttle Radar Topography Mission (SRTM) and Advanced Spaceborne Thermal Emission and Reflection Radiometer (ASTER) elevation data
  https://www.earthdata.nasa.gov/data/instruments/srtm

- Great Britain Code-Point® Open postcodes and Northern Ireland postcodes from FHRS data under Open Government License by UK Ordnance Survey
  https://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/doc/open-government-licence/version/3/

- US Census TIGER data by the US Census Bureau
  https://www.census.gov/geographies/mapping-files/time-series/geo/tiger-line-file.html

Organic Maps `.mwm` and `packed_polygons.bin` files are Produced Works under the terms of the ODbL license,
see https://osmfoundation.org/wiki/Licence/Community_Guidelines/Produced_Work_-_Guideline for details.

By redistributing or using Data Files in your applications or services, you agree to the following conditions:

In particular:

1. **Attribution Required**
   You must clearly and visibly credit Organic Maps and OpenStreetMap in your application:
   - On the map, and in user-visible areas such as the **About screen** and **Main Menu**, show text "Map data © OpenStreetMap and Organic Maps"
   - Include **clickable links** to https://organicmaps.app and https://openstreetmap.org/copyright for each mention of Organic Maps and OpenStreetMap

2. **No Redistribution Without Attribution**
   You may not distribute or embed the binary files (e.g., `.mwm` maps or `.bin` files) in your software without providing the above attribution.

3. **No White-Labeling or Branding Removal**
   Any white-labeling or rebranding use requires **explicit written permission** from the Organic Maps team.

If you do not agree, do not use or redistribute Data Files.
