[azure] Support the official Azure SDK for Rust

This issue is to track the progress on Microsoft's attempt to provide an official Azure SDK for Rust.

I attempted prototyping replacing azure_storage_blobs (the old, unsupported crate) and replacing it with azure_storage_blob (the new, official crate). The entire crate is designed around azure_identity, whose design is significantly different than the current configuration. We would be losing support for SAS tokens and raw OAuth2 bearers.

However, it does appear other their Rust crates are migrating to this design. Would it be worth removing such anyway? I find it unlikely that one might prefer SAS tokens for an entire container while also using remi-rs.
