Be able to select "prefer 10 bit SDR" per application

User Story

Have the option per application to select if you prefer HDR or 10 bit SDR. The UI could be similar as the one used for RTX HDR. With this you could easily select which games to execute with SDR and which with HDR and all would be automatically launched by your application.

Acceptance Criteria

Create option in the UI to be able to select per application which games will be executed in a 10 bit SDR display by default.
