(this assumes you already have intiface set up)
- download the latest release
- place the .tmod file in your tmodloader mod directory (its usually something like
Documents\My Games\Terraria\tModLoader\Mods) - configure settings in the ingame mod config
- ensure intiface is open and waiting for connections
- load into a world! the mod should connect automatically once loaded in
