Publish to crates.io

Thanks for creating this package!
I was trying to use this package dynamically to create C++ generated files during build, so that it would always be updated. However, I noticed the package isn't uploaded to crates.io. So currently I'm just statically generating and it works great, but it would be nice to have it dynamic at build time.
Is it possible to publish the crate to crates.io to allow this?
