Reading NRF52840 with J-Link and USB SDFU

Hi, Ive been getting this issue with the last few versions of the NRF connect and programmer.

When the unit is programmed and working I tried reading the memory:

-with 2 different J-Links the memory layout looks broken (compared to the files loaded on the right side)

--Through USB SDFU it looks correct as per the files loaded on the right side

Nrf connect 3.7.1, Prog 1.4.11, Win10, Custom PCB

Just to note that on the USB SDFU read graphic there is a tiny gap that disappeared after programming the unit.

Not sure how much I should be trusting this, Is there a CLI version to get the memory map (with jlink and SDFU)? I need this to check some sector writing and stuff.
