Read button is always grayed out

I'm using this on a Thingy:91, and it seem that the Read button is always grayed out.

Are we not supposed to be able to Read and see the file structure inside the memory on this device?

• Writing is working fine.
• Reading is not working.
• Clearing the Files list is not working.

Thingy:91 is using MCU boot and MCUBoot does not allow us to read the memory hence for MCU boot the button to read will always be disabled

Can you elaborate on Clearing the Files list is not working.?
