feat: circuit table

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
After playing for a while, I have seen that the old circuits you place, never really go away, and if you haven't saved them to an item or smth, they'll just sit in the void, collecting dust.

Describe the solution you'd like
Similar to the way litematica, schematica, and create do their schematics, I think it would be cool to have a table/block that you can use to assign files to schematics.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I'm not entirely sure of the function of the washing machine, its a little confusing, and I only really just do some simple circuits with this mod. If the washing machine already takes this function, sorry.

The problem is that I don't have a reliable way to track whether a circuit still exists as an item or not, so the best solution is to keep everything. I guess I can make something for creating items for lost circuits.

Schematics would be cool. It can even allow players to exchange their circuits.

The washing machine is only for assigning truth table to circuit. It has nothing to do with schematics.
