The BDFL of NormaConstructor decided to retire, leaving the project to successor
The creator and Benevolent Dictator for Life (BDFL) of NormaConstructor, @dzx-dzx, has decided to retire from BDFL and will become a consultant for life to NormaConstructor.
@dzx-dzx nominated the successor to NormaConstructor, @callstackexceed, who has been in charge of the documentation for NormaConstructor before.
@callstackexceed will be responsible for all parts of the NormaConstructor recently, including norma-core, norna, integral DengZi project (https://github.com/NorthernOceanS/INteGral).
