Implement long-read-first track

Several new tools have been developed for long-read-first assembly, such as:

Long-read-first assembly can sometimes missassemble or alltogether miss smaller plasmids. Some tools have been made to alleviate this, such as:
https://github.com/gbouras13/plassembler

In hybracter, plassembler is already implemented as a plasmid recovery step.

This can be implemented as the long-read track for optimal assembly.
