Create plotting functionality for selected sequencing runs (using the selected_rows attribute)

To plot things like:

• pM input vs cluster density
• cluster density vs Q30

And probably more.
Today this is quickly done by exporting selected rows and plotting in excel, but would be neat to have it incorporated in the app
