Conjured Items? #22

Looking for clarification on Conjured Items from the product owner. When I read this, I think of default product rules are amplified X2. What I believe it could be is any item can be conjured meaning it's quality is amplified 2X, but not to exceed 50. Can you clarify how backstage passes and aged brie are affected if they are conjured?
