Split documentation for Quarto/MyST #1
Description
Currently the docs are on one page and tabbed content for similar actions to take in Quarto and MyST. @dragonstyle's suggestion is to split the MyST/Quarto documentation into two different pages rather than have the exact same layout for each. This tracks with my experience trying to write these instructions -- it is quite hard to maintain a consistent flow for each tool with the tabbed-content approach.
