FR - SMTP notifications

SMTP Support: As an additional option for notifications, I would like to see email notifications.

Unlikely for 2FA just given the overhead required.

But may be possible to do a trusted upstreams/trusted headers similar to how notifiarr client does for SSO support

Suggest split out the SSO/MFA to its own request. SMTP Notification can be left in this one

I could add email support, i dont think that will be big of a deal

That would be great. That would round off the notifications as a standard message.
