Research the problem to fully understand the domain and try to reframe the problem by approaching it from different angles.

To Do:

• Competitive Analysis — review a few existing apps or products. For each one, look at:
  • Target audience
  • UI/UX features
  • Functionality
• Conduct user interviews and spend time with your target audience to get a better understanding of their needs
• Reframe the problem and brainstorm solutions based on your research
