[skyrl-train] Track whether returning logprobs by default increases generation time proportionally #857
Description
Top two curves from nightly CI have ~10% higher generation time. We should track whether or not this increase is proportional to generation time or is just a static one time increase.
For megatron nightly CI, this looks like ~5% higher at epoch 0:
