Feature: Replace trackers w new list - for selected Label group

My seedbox has torrents up for years. Since these are public the original trackers eventually go dead*.

• I'd LOVE to be able to select a label group eg "VIDEOS" and have ruTorrent replace the tracker list for all those torrents with a new list I have of working trackers.

Currently I must do this manually, one torrent at a time, using "Edit Torrent". With ~1300 torrents this takes many hours.

Thanks for the great GUI.

• and when many become unresponsive, rTorrent crashes; apparently a known but elusive issue.
