Plugin creation documentation - Where to find it ?

Dear ruTorrent community,

I'm currently looking for a small plugin that would disable all trackers after an certain amount of time, or if the download of the torrent has successfully started. Since I did not find anything that already exists, I'm currently looking at writing my own plugin.

However, I cannot find any documentation describing this process and how to properly develop one.

Do you know where to find the docs about this ?
