Description

Develop a test report feature in mighty.component for documenting component validation.

Proposed Solution

• Create functionality to generate test reports for individual components.
• Reports should be usable in the Quarto documentation of mighty.standards.

Use Case

Each component page in the documentation site needs a test report showing validation status and coverage.

Impact

Enables automated, compliance-ready documentation of component testing.
